Systal Technology Solutions has been shortlisted as a finalist in five categories at the 2026 Scottish Cyber Awards, recognising both organisational excellence and individual leadership across Scotland’s cybersecurity sector.

This year’s recognition spans public sector impact, AI innovation, company excellence and individual leadership.

  • Cyber Innovation Award – for Systal’s AI-powered Secure AI Manager (SAM) platform, delivering continuous, evidence-based cyber assurance across complex global estates. SAM has redefined how managed security services operate by compressing months of manual analysis into hours and enabling real-time, risk-based decision making.

  • Cyber Evangelist Award – Calum Baird, Senior DFIR Consultant and SOC Team Leader – for his sustained contribution to cybersecurity education, mentorship and community engagement across Scotland

Now in its 8th year, the Scottish Cyber Awards showcase cyber talent from across the country, bringing together leaders from the cybersecurity community to recognise outstanding achievement.

The awards take place on 26 March 2026 at the EICC, Edinburgh. We look forward to celebrating alongside our peers across Scotland’s cyber ecosystem.
