Systal is pleased to have been appointed to the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Technology Services 4 (TS4) Framework.
TS4 provides UK public sector organisations, including government departments, local authorities, and NHS bodies with a straightforward, compliant route to procure technology services.
Systal will be able to support public sector organisations across four awarded lots:
- Lot 1- Technology and Digital Consultancy Services: Strategic advice and consultancy to help organisations plan and deliver digital transformation, design services, and align technology with business objectives.
- Lot 2 – Transition & Service Integration and Management (SIAM): Support for transitioning to new services, integrating multiple suppliers, and managing service performance and governance.
- Lot 3a – End User Services: Solutions and support for end-user computing, collaboration tools, and device management to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Lot 4/4a Infrastructure Management: Management of IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including networks, servers, storage, and resilience planning.
Through TS4, public sector organisations can engage with Systal to access expertise across the full technology lifecycle from strategy and transition to operational support and infrastructure management.
